MAIN SOLUTIONS WILL BE IN CHARGE OF SUPPLYING THE ELECTRIC DRIVE AND CONTROL SYSTEM FOR WINCHES OF THE NEW "FALCON" VESSEL OF PESCAPUERTA

The freezer trawler of 75 m in length, which will be built in ASTILLEROS NODOSA (CN-299), will be equipped with an electric drive system and control for the fishing machines designed and supplied by MAIN SOLUTIONS, mechanical manufacture of J & L Carral.

The design of the electric drive system is based on the MULTIDRVE configuration: a single source to feed the different motors of the winches in alternating current. This concept translates into greater efficiency, saving space and simplifying the system.

The scope of supply of MAIN SOLUTIONS covers:

  • ➞ Sweeplines, 200 kW
  • ➞ Gilsons, 132 kW

  • ➞ Cod-end winches, 132 kW
• ▪️ Control system:
  • ➞ System control cabinet
  • ➞ Main control panel
  • ➞ Auxiliary control panel for the control of all fishing winches
  • ➞ Auto-Trawl: Automatic control system of the main winches during pay-out, trawling and heave.
